Neuvillette is the strongest Hydro DPS in Genshin Impact as of version 5.x. His charged attack mechanic scales incredibly well and works in virtually any team composition.

- This beats most 4-star options at R5

Rotation: Neuvillette E > Furina E+Q > Kazuha hold E+Q > Neuvillette Q > CA spam until E cd resets. The key is maintaining the 3 stacks of his passive -- trigger 3 Hydro reactions before using his charged attack for maximum damage. In the SEA community, he's often called the one-man army because he doesn't even need a healer with Prototype Amber.
