Natlan Exploration Guide: All Hidden Chests

Natlan is massive and filled with hidden chests that most players miss. Here's a complete farming route for every area.

Hidden Chest Locations

• Grapple flower puzzles -- shoot the flower with Pyro while standing on the pressure plate
• Saurian trials -- complete all 3 time trials per area (rewards Precious chests)
• Phlogiston deposit routes -- look for glimmering rock formations, break them with any Geo or blunt attack
• Underwater grottos -- use the new swimming mechanics in the western canyon

- Yelan (sprint)

Pro tip: The Saurian (dinosaur) abilities aren't just for combat. Each tribe's Saurian unlocks hidden areas. Spend 2 hours riding each Saurian type through their home region and you'll find at least 15 precious chests that don't appear on the official map.
