Player training

Training your players correctly in eFootball 2025 is the difference between a good squad and a great one. Here's the optimal training regimen.

The 100-Day Plan

Phase 1 (Day 1-30): Max out the primary stat for each position

  • Use individual training on your starting XI ONLY
  • Don't train bench players yet
  • Focus on GK reflexes (most impactful per training point)

Phase 2 (Day 31-60): Secondary stats

  • CBs get Speed training (most CBs lack pace)
  • STs get heading (crossing meta is strong)
  • CMs get stamina (they run the most)

Phase 3 (Day 61-100): Team chemistry + booster unlocks

  • Unlock position-specific boosters
  • Build synergy between players from same league
Weekly Training Schedule
- Monday: Speed training for all positions
- Tuesday: Technical (passing + dribbling)
- Wednesday: Physical (stamina + strength)
- Thursday: Mental (awareness for defenders)
- Friday: GK specific + rest day for outfield
- Saturday: Match practice (play 3-5 games)
- Sunday: Recover + apply training programs

Training session

The underrated stat: Stamina. A player with 70 stamina performs 40% worse in the 75th minute. In eFootball, most goals are scored after the 75th minute. Build two squads and rotate. Fresh players with 90+ stamina in the last 15 minutes crush tired defenders. Use your 5 subs every single game -- especially the wingers and central midfielder.
